What is a Travel eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM profile installed on a compatible device. A travel data plan lets you connect to supported mobile networks in its covered destinations without inserting a physical SIM.
How do I see prices and buy a plan?
Search your destination to see current supplier plans and prices. When checkout is available, review the plan, enter your details and continue to secure payment. If pricing or checkout is unavailable, contact our team.
Can I keep my usual SIM and WhatsApp?
On devices that support it, you can keep your usual SIM and use an eSIM for mobile data. WhatsApp can keep your existing number. Your home carrier may still charge for calls, texts or roaming; check your settings and carrier terms.
When will my plan start?
This depends on the plan. Some start on first connection to a supported network; others use a different activation rule. Check the final plan details before purchasing or installing.
Are calls, hotspots and unlimited data included?
These depend on the selected plan. Check voice and SMS support, hotspot permissions and any fair-use or speed restrictions in the final plan details. Do not assume that a data plan includes a phone number.
