Do I pay when I submit a request?
No. Submitting a request is free. The airport's handling company is notified straight away, and our team then confirms availability and the final price with you before any payment is taken.
How much notice do you need?
Most airports need at least 24 hours. The exact notice is shown on each service. For anything sooner, call or WhatsApp us and we'll try to arrange it.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We ask for your flight number so the handler can track your flight. Your officer adjusts to your actual landing time, and small delays cost nothing extra.
Does Fast Track skip immigration or customs checks?
No. You still go through every legal check. Fast Track uses priority or protocol lanes, so the formalities take minutes instead of hours. Always carry valid travel documents.
Can I book for someone else, or for a group?
Yes. Enter the lead traveller's details and list the other guests. Parents, delegations, elderly relatives and first-time travellers are among our most common bookings.
What does "On request" mean?
We don't have instant booking at that airport yet. Send a request from the airport's page and our concierge desk will arrange it with a trusted local handler.
