What to expect
This is an amazing half-day of adventure for thrill-seekers.
It begins with a 5-meter high cliff, as your instructor teaches you the technique. You then move on to a 15 metre abseil, and finally an adrenalin-pumping 30-metre overhanging abseil. Your instructor will be close by all the time to encourage you.
