1st day: Zürich Airport/Train Station - Appenzell Arrive Zürich Airport, Proceed by train to Appenzell. Appenzell is the cultural and economic center of the smallest canton in Switzerland – Appenzell Innerrhoden. Famous places and a must visit includes the Museum Appenzell. 2nd day: Appenzell Travel by the punctual Swiss Train to Wasserauen and further up to Ebenalp by a Cablecar. Visit the Wildkirchli Caves and the natural Alpine garden with a variety of alpine flowers and grass. One can also visit Alpine Guest House Aescher and enjoy some truly alpine cuisines before returning back to Appenzell. 3rd day: Lucerne Travel by the Swiss Federal Railways to the beautiful city of Lucerne(Luzern). Enjoy cruise on Lake Luzern and visit some famous spots in the city like the Chapel Bridge, Lion monument and the old town. 4th day: Lucerne Suggested excursion to Mt. Stanserhorn with world's first open air Cable car - Cabrio. 5th day: Lucerne – Gotthard Panorama Express - Lugano Travel by Gotthard Panorama Express route to Lugano. This journey is a combination of a boat and train route. Visit San Salvatore for a spectacular view of the city of Lugano and the Lake Lugano. 6th day: Lugano – Bernina Express - Pontresina Travel by Panoramic Bernina Express route to Pontresina in Upper Engadin. This journey is a combination of coach and train travel. 7th day: Pontresina – Horse Carriage Ride to Val Rosegg - Pontresina Enjoy a 3-4 hour roundtrip excursion by a Horse Drawn Carriage to Val Rosegg. Enjoy optional lunch at a mountain hut restaurant at Val Rosegg before returning back to Pontresina 8th day: St.Moritz – Glacier Express - Zermatt Travel by the famous Glacier Express Panoramic train to Zermatt. The 1st class Swiss Travel Pass/Ticket holders can optionally reserve Excellence Class of this train. 9th day: Zermatt Visit Gornergrat by a cogwheel train. Experience the spectacular views of Matterhorn and the nearby snow covered peaks. Optionally one can go on a full day hike to Charles Kuonen suspension bridge. 10th day: Zermatt - Montreux Travel by train to the city of Montreux. Visit Chillon Castle. Optionally enjoy Lavaux Express in the vineyards of Lavaux Valley and enjoy wine tasting. 11th day: Montreux – GoldenPass Express – Interlaken - Mürren Travel by the GoldenPass Express Panoramic train to Interlaken and further by regional train to Lauterbrunnen. Proceed by the funicular to the beautiful alpine village of Mürren. 12th day: Mürren – Schilthorn Piz Gloria Explore Mürren and the nearby hikes. In the afternoon proceed to the excursion of Schilthorn-James Bond mountain. 13th day: Mürren Explore Lauterbrunnen valley for its majestic falls including Staubbach and optional Trümmelbach water falls. 14th day: Mürren - Berne Proceed by train to the capital city of Bern (Berne). Explore at your own or ask for a guided walking tour of the city. 15th day: Berne - Zürich Airport Travel by train to Zürich Airport for your onward flight.

Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
  • Prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time until your booking confirmation is issued.
  • The Inclusions and Exclusions listed on this page are specific to this tour — anything not listed under Inclusions is excluded from the price.
  • Prices exclude local taxes, charges, gratuities, food and beverages, and transfers unless expressly stated otherwise. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Student and senior (60+) pricing requires valid ID at the time of booking and on the day of travel.
  • Group tariffs may be available for parties of 10 or more — contact us for a quote.
Amendments & Cancellations
  • Amendments to this booking can be made by contacting us at least 96 hours before the departure date.
  • Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies.
  • Theatre tickets, dining products, and overnight tours cannot be amended or cancelled unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  • For health or pandemic-related cancellations, options may include a travel credit voucher, rebooking on flexible dates, or a full refund, subject to the specific product's conditions.
  • If you miss a coach tour through no fault of 1860 Travels, no refund will be issued; a discounted rebooking rate may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds & Compensation
  • If a venue cannot be visited during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund of the admission value may be issued at our discretion.
  • No refund is given for non-operational air conditioning or washroom facilities on an assigned vehicle.
  • Refund requests cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the tour's completion.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days via the original payment method.
  • Third-party tours where 1860 Travels acts as an agent are non-refundable and subject to the supplier's own terms.
Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard and charge no service fee, though your card issuer may apply its own charges.
  • Customer payments are held in a dedicated client money trust account until your booking is completed or cancelled.
