Description
SEASON: OCTOBER - APRIL Operational note: Day 1: Arriving in a flight before 2PM is required, as boarding is at 4.30 PM. Day 4: Arrival before 5P is required. This activity operates from October to March. During the dates it does not operate, it will be replaced by a city tour and dinner in a restaurant. Day 6: Cabo San Pablo operates from MON-SAT. Day 1 El Calafate / Santa Cruz Cruise. D Arrival and reception in El Calafate. In the afternoon, transfer to Punta Bandera to embark and begin sailing towards the Alemana Bay/ Puesto de Vacas. During the following days, we sail Lake Argentino. Disembark and spend the night. Day 2 Santa Cruz Cruise. B L D In the morning, we disembark at Puesto de Vacas for a walk to the Viewpoint of the Spegazzini Glacier. On the way back, we embark to sail in front of the glacier, while we have lunch. Our expedition continues through the Northern Branch of Lake Argentino, towards the Upsala Glacier and later, to the Toro Bay and Mayo Gulf. Day 3 Santa Cruz Cruise / El Calafate. B L In the morning, we disembark and walk by an Andean-Patagonian forest, having as a natural landscape the Mayo and Negro glaciers. Our navigation continues towards the Canal de los Témpanos to admire the Perito Moreno Glacier. We descend in Puerto Moreno to admire it from the walkways and at the end we start the return to disembark and move to El Calafate. Day 4 El Calafate / Ushuaia. B D At scheduled time, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Ushuaia. In the afternoon we invite you to discover a city that lives between the mountains and the Beagle Channel. Summer afternoons seem endless, and while the sun goes down, the city is framed in a stunning natural environment that enhances its beauty even more. This is the ideal time to take a walking tour, reliving its history while walking through the oldest neighborhoods, reaching the most attractive panoramic points. Then we continue through the upper neighborhoods and end in an exclusive cabin, where we will enjoy a dinner with a specially designed menu with local products, enjoying a complete and original gastronomic experience. Day 5 Ushuaia. B We explore the Tierra del Fuego National Park through short walks enjoying its surroundings and landscape. In the afternoon we go to Estancia Harberton, and through a zodiac, we arrive at Isla Martillo, where a colony of Papua penguins lives permanently. After admiring them and walking among their nests, return to Ushuaia. Day 6 Ushuaia. B L Explore a little-known Tierra del Fuego, getting to know a typical Patagonian estancia, admiring the Argentine Sea and discovering the history of the Desdemona, a stranded ship that forms part of a unique landscape. Day 7 Ushuaia / El Calafate. B At the indicated time, transfer to the airport

Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
- Prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time until your booking confirmation is issued.
- The Inclusions and Exclusions listed on this page are specific to this tour — anything not listed under Inclusions is excluded from the price.
- Prices exclude local taxes, charges, gratuities, food and beverages, and transfers unless expressly stated otherwise. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Student and senior (60+) pricing requires valid ID at the time of booking and on the day of travel.
- Group tariffs may be available for parties of 10 or more — contact us for a quote.
Amendments & Cancellations
- Amendments to this booking can be made by contacting us at least 96 hours before the departure date.
- Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies.
- Theatre tickets, dining products, and overnight tours cannot be amended or cancelled unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
- For health or pandemic-related cancellations, options may include a travel credit voucher, rebooking on flexible dates, or a full refund, subject to the specific product's conditions.
- If you miss a coach tour through no fault of 1860 Travels, no refund will be issued; a discounted rebooking rate may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds & Compensation
- If a venue cannot be visited during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund of the admission value may be issued at our discretion.
- No refund is given for non-operational air conditioning or washroom facilities on an assigned vehicle.
- Refund requests cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the tour's completion.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days via the original payment method.
- Third-party tours where 1860 Travels acts as an agent are non-refundable and subject to the supplier's own terms.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard and charge no service fee, though your card issuer may apply its own charges.
- Customer payments are held in a dedicated client money trust account until your booking is completed or cancelled.
