Operational notes: Day 1: The hot air balloon ride is subject to weather conditions. It's recommended to arrive on a noon flight. Day 2: The Aconcagua trek operates from NOV-MAR. In regular service, it operates on TUE/FRI/SUN. The rest of the year may be replaced by Alta Montaña. Day 3: Mendoza Deli operates from MON-SAT, only as a private tour. Day 4: The horseback ride operates in SEP MAR and from TUE-SUN. The rest of the year may be replaced by Uco Bike & Wine. Day 6: It's recommended to depart on a flight after 4 PM to enjoy the morning at the lodge To keep in mind: The order and selection of wineries may vary based on availability Day 1 Mendoza. Arrival in Mendoza. Airport reception and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we head 45 minutes from the city of Mendoza to start the adventure with a hot air balloon ride that allows us to see the landscape and local wildlife. The 45-minute flight is peaceful and serene, and after landing, we toast with sparkling wine before receiving the Flight Certificate and returning to the city. Day 2 Mendoza. B L We depart in the morning to the highest peak in the Americas: Aconcagua. After a 3-hour journey, we arrive at the Park Rangers' office, where we obtain our permits. The trail to Laguna de Horcones (2,950 meters above sea level) begins here, and after an hour, we reach the Hanging Bridge over the Horcones River. Venturing into the park, we arrive at Confluencia Camp at 3,400 meters above sea level. We have a box lunch and rest before returning to the city of Mendoza. Day 3 Mendoza. B L This tour offers a chance to explore new flavors and taste exquisite products produced in Maipú, Mendoza, visiting four local establishments: Sin Fin Winery, where we have a technical tour with wine and alfajor tasting. Frutta Roja Gourmet: We visit their farm and enjoy tastings of artisanal gourmet products. Olivícola Laur: Where we invite you to learn about the origins of olive cultivation in Mendoza at an establishment dating back to 1906. El Enemigo Winery, owned by Alejandro Vigil, where we conclude the tour with a wine-paired lunch. Day 4 Mendoza / Uco Valley. B L Today, we prepare for a horseback ride through the vineyards. This tour offers a chance to discover the vineyards of Domaine Bousquet winery, located in one of the privileged areas of the Uco Valley. The guided horseback ride takes approximately 1.5 hours. We'll explore the vineyards on horseback and then have a brief tour of the winery. A delightful lunch with exquisite wines awaits us nearby. After the activity, we head to a Wine Lodge, where relaxation and nature will be your hosts. Day 5 Uco Valley. B A free day to enjoy the activities at the Wine Lodge, its gastronomy, and its landscape. Day 6 Uco Valley / Mendoza. B A free morning to enjoy the lodge's activities. At the specified time, we transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight. Notes The order and selection of the wineries will depend on availability and operational issues. Private Services: Arrival transfers with a guide. Departure without a guide. Day 1: The hot air balloon ride operates only privately and is subject to weather conditions. It is required to arrive on a flight by midday. Day 2: The Aconcagua trekking is a regular activity with an English-speaking guide, operating on MON, THU & SAT. If unavailable, it will be replaced by the High Mountain tour in private service. Day 3: The Mendoza Deli excursion operates only in private service from MON-FRI. Day 4: The horseback riding lasts 1.5 hours and includes a tasting and a 4-course lunch paired with wines. If unavailable, it can be replaced with another horseback ride or a Biking activity. Wine Lodges Casa de Uco Children over 10 years old are allowed. Includes: • Accommodation with a homemade, seasonal, artisan breakfast at Casa de Uco. • Access to all common and recreational areas. Access to Uco Spa (dry sauna, steam room, relaxation room). • Scheduled activities within the property: visit to Casa de Uco winery with tasting of its wines, archery, horseback riding through the vineyards, tennis court, bicycles. (Activities subject to availability) The Vines Includes: • Accommodation with daily courtesy breakfast served at the Siete Fuegos restaurant. • Scheduled activities within the property: Concierge services to personalize the guest itinerary and coordinate activities within the resort and in the Valley. • Daily bar service in the villa (includes: selection of non-alcoholic drinks, dairy, and snacks), unlimited access to the fitness center & outdoor pool (Wi-Fi in the villa and common areas).

Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
- Prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time until your booking confirmation is issued.
- The Inclusions and Exclusions listed on this page are specific to this tour — anything not listed under Inclusions is excluded from the price.
- Prices exclude local taxes, charges, gratuities, food and beverages, and transfers unless expressly stated otherwise. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Student and senior (60+) pricing requires valid ID at the time of booking and on the day of travel.
- Group tariffs may be available for parties of 10 or more — contact us for a quote.
Amendments & Cancellations
- Amendments to this booking can be made by contacting us at least 96 hours before the departure date.
- Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies.
- Theatre tickets, dining products, and overnight tours cannot be amended or cancelled unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
- For health or pandemic-related cancellations, options may include a travel credit voucher, rebooking on flexible dates, or a full refund, subject to the specific product's conditions.
- If you miss a coach tour through no fault of 1860 Travels, no refund will be issued; a discounted rebooking rate may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds & Compensation
- If a venue cannot be visited during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund of the admission value may be issued at our discretion.
- No refund is given for non-operational air conditioning or washroom facilities on an assigned vehicle.
- Refund requests cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the tour's completion.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days via the original payment method.
- Third-party tours where 1860 Travels acts as an agent are non-refundable and subject to the supplier's own terms.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard and charge no service fee, though your card issuer may apply its own charges.
- Customer payments are held in a dedicated client money trust account until your booking is completed or cancelled.
