In the afternoon, we will take a panoramic tour of the city starting at Plaza de Mayo, scene of the most important events of the country since 1810, and then continue to the neighbourhood of La Boca and finish in Palermo and Recoleta. During the tour, we visit an icon of the city, the Recoleta Cemetery. In the evening enjoy a closed-door dining experience that explores new forms of Argentine Asado "Fogón Experience". The five-step tasting menu was designed to combine new grilling techniques with tried and true Argentine recipes that elevate Asado to new heights, paired with some of Argentina's finest boutique wines. Day 2 Buenos Aires. B L Our day starts in the historic center of the city, in the neighborhood of San Telmo to enjoy a food tour that will take us to five places where in addition to tasting ten dishes that show the best of Argentine cuisine, invites us to discover hidden places and share stories of the city. We start with a stop at the oldest bar in the city, El Federal, where we taste a vermouth and a picada, in the bar that established this ritual back in 1864. Nearby we found the San Telmo market where we made two stops to taste traditional dishes from the north of our country and discover innovative recipes from young chefs. And as every gastronomic tour must have meat, it's time for a stop to taste the classic Bife de Chorizo and then continue to a hidden treasure, where the owner is waiting for us to tell us his story and while we listen, taste the best empandas riojanas. Our tour ends at the Museo de Arte Modero, in whose cafeteria we enjoy a specialty coffee along with a handmade alfajor. At the end of the tour we return to the hotel. Day 3 Buenos Aires. B L Pizza is part of the identity of the porteño and what better than to discover its history, secrets and how the Genoese, Sicilian and Neapolitan influence began to shape a porteño custom that transcended borders. Our meeting is in one of the symbols of our city, the Obelisk, epicenter of the porteño celebrations, once we hear a little about the history of this monument, we begin a walk through Corrientes Avenue, the one that never sleeps, to know two traditional pizzerias and taste their specialties in addition to knowing its history. Our last stop is at a Neapolitan pizzeria, where in addition to tasting one of their specialties, we can finish the tour with a delicacy. Day 4 Buenos Aires. B Time at leisure to continue discovering the different gastronomic corners of the city and make a short stop at a historical café (remarkable bars) to enjoy a ¨cortado´ (coffee prepared with a few drops of milk) to say goodbye to Buenos Aires. At due time, transfer to the airport.
