Day 1 Mendoza. Arrival and reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon visit to the city of Mendoza touring the Foundational Area, the heart of the historic center of the Old City. Then, we will go to the "New City" where we will visit the different squares and the civic center. The tour continues to the General San Martin Park, known as the lung of the city, here you can appreciate different water fountains of delicate manufacture with different sizes and shapes, framed by lush vegetation. The tour ends at the Cerro de la Gloria, where the historical monument to the Army of the Andes is located, which pays homage to the successful liberation campaign. Day 2 Mendoza. B L Our trip to the west of the city, Maipú transports us to the past, experiencing the origin of wine in Argentina. We will visit three wineries that paved the way for winemaking and still preserve the same family tradition. Some of them are among the most important and outstanding of this region, such as Trapiche winery, and Santa Julia winery belonging to the Zuccardi family. We will discover the history of winemaking and we will be invited to taste them. As a perfect ending of the day, we will enjoy a lunch specially designed for the tour. Day 3 Mendoza. B L We will depart in the morning to Valle de Uco, located 90 kilometers from the city, to share and enjoy an excellent day of wine. share and enjoy an excellent day of wine. We will visit some of the most important and internationally awarded wineries. We propose to live this experience in small groups, integrated by wine travelers who share the same interest in this fascinating beverage. In this way we can appreciate every detail of the visits and as a perfect ending to this dynamic tour we will have a real gourmet lunch. Day 4 Mendoza / Buenos Aires. B D In the morning, transfer to the local airport to board the flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. At due time, we join a panoramic tour around the city. We start in Plaza de Mayo (historic square), witness to the most important events of the country since 1810. There we are able to learn about the current situation of the country, while we appreciate the surrounding buildings, such as the Casa Rosada (Pink House), the cathedral and the Cabildo (ancient Town Hall). We pass through icons of the city such as the Obelisk and the Colon Theatre, one of the five best opera theaters in the world before arriving to La Boca. Once at La Boca, we visit its colorful streets; pass by the conventillos and visit its well-known Caminito alley, where we can appreciate some handicrafts produced by local artists. We leave the southern part of the city to head north towards Palermo and Recoleta, where we make a final stop to appreciate the contrast of what we have just seen with this aristocratic district, famous for hosting its cemetery where relevant personalities are buried. Return to the hotel. In the evening, we attend a dinner show to enjoy the magnetism of tango. Day 5 Buenos Aires. B Buenos Aires offers a wide range of activities. During this day, we suggest you experience the city through its history, art, gastronomy and passions. Please, consult our varied options of tours. Day 6 Buenos Aires / Puerto Iguazu. B Arrival and reception at the airport. Transfer to the selected hotel. Day 7 Puerto Iguazú. B In the morning, we depart towards Iguazu National Park to visit Iguazu Falls, declared a Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. The falls consist of 275 waterfalls, of 70 meters high (230 ft.). During the tour we visit the three circuits of the park: Garganta del Diablo: which allows us to access the viewpoint of the most imposing waterfall of the park, the Upper and Lower, which provides a closer contact with the vegetation and the falls. If you like adrenaline, we suggest taking the Great Adventure, a tour along the Yacaratiá trail where you can discover the natural links that make this landscape one of the most biodiverse in the world. The second part of the tour includes a walk through the fast streams of the river, to get under the falls and close a unique experience. Day 8 Puerto Iguazú. B In the morning, we reach Foz do Iguaçu (Brazil) and visit the falls on the Brazilian side. We enter the national Park and as we walk along the only catwalk that leads to Garganta del Diablo we can appreciate almost all the waterfalls. At due time, transfer to the airport. Notes The order and selection of the wineries will depend on availability and operational issues. Day 1: The visit to the city of Mendoza is a private service. It operates in the afternoon. Day 2 & 3: The order and selection of the wineries will depend on availability and operational issues. Day 4: The dinner show includes transfers without a guide. Private Service Transfers for arrival and departure with a guide. Regular Service Arrival transfer with a guide and departure without a guide. Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
  • Prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time until your booking confirmation is issued.

  • Prices exclude local taxes, charges, gratuities, food and beverages, and transfers unless expressly stated otherwise. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Student and senior (60+) pricing requires valid ID at the time of booking and on the day of travel.

Amendments & Cancellations
  • Amendments to this booking can be made by contacting us at least 96 hours before the departure date.
  • Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies.
  • Theatre tickets, dining products, and overnight tours cannot be amended or cancelled unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  • For health or pandemic-related cancellations, options may include a travel credit voucher, rebooking on flexible dates, or a full refund, subject to the specific product's conditions.
  • If you miss a coach tour through no fault of 1860 Travels, no refund will be issued; a discounted rebooking rate may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds & Compensation
  • If a venue cannot be visited during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund of the admission value may be issued at our discretion.
  • No refund is given for non-operational air conditioning or washroom facilities on an assigned vehicle.
  • Refund requests cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the tour's completion.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days via the original payment method.
  • Third-party tours where 1860 Travels acts as an agent are non-refundable and subject to the supplier's own terms.
Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard and charge no service fee, though your card issuer may apply its own charges.
  • Customer payments are held in a dedicated client money trust account until your booking is completed or cancelled.
