Operational notes: Day 2: Catena & Vigil operates TUE-SAT only in private. Day 3: Sparkling Experience operates only in private. Does not operate on Sundays. Day 4: Uco Bike & Wine operates TUE-SAT only in private. Day 5: The Cooking Class operates MON-SUN. Activity requires minimum of passengers. A later flight is required after 7 PM. To keep in mind Order of excursions may vary due to operational issues and wineries to be visited. Day 1 Mendoza. Reception at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Time at leisure to visit a city considered one of the most important wine capitals in Latin America. Day 2 Mendoza. B L This tour proposes to combine two of the most popular wineries in Mendoza and the world. We start with Catena Zapata, recently awarded as the best winery in the world, Catena Zapata proposes us with this visit to discover a universe of pleasurable sensations, tasting and pairing Catena wines with a selection of eclectic music. Lunch is enjoyed at Casa Vigil El Enemigo: the home of Alejandro Vigil, winemaker and head winemaker at Catena Zapata, who together with Adrianna Catena decided to make a wine that represents their deep respect for history and tradition. Day 3 Mendoza. B L This tour proposes to learn about the history of sparkling wine production and its different techniques by visiting 3 important establishments. Cruzat Winery: destined only to the production of sparkling wines made by the traditional method or "champenoise", second fermentation in the bottle. Chandon Winery: known as one of the main producers of sparkling wines, made with the best grapes of Mendoza: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The tour ends with lunch at the recently awarded Rosel Boher restaurant, whose dishes are based on a sustainable concept of natural seasonal ingredients. Day 4 Mendoza. B L The destination is the Uco Valley, home to the highest vineyards in the world. Once we arrive at Masi Winery, which represents a unique example of construction, through the dirt roads and among the vineyards we will embark on a bicycle tour combined with a tasting of their outstanding organic wines. At the end of the tour we will move on to the Andeluna Winery, which is dedicated to making wines of great body and structure, focusing on traditional varietals. In the middle of the surrounding landscape we enjoy lunch. Day 5 Mendoza. B L We invite you to an experience to share, taste and enjoy with friends. For this, we propose to take cooking classes with the gastronomic ambassador of Terrazas de los Andes to experience in first person the preparation of our world-renowned dishes. We will learn how to make empanadas, use the grill, different cooking methods. After lunch, we will have time to rest in the gardens and then we will return to the city. Get ready to live the best experience. In the afternoon we return to Mendoza and at the indicated time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight. Notes Private services with a guide. Day 2: Catena & Vigil includes a visit and a 3-course lunch at "El Enemigo." Day 3: The Sparkling Experience includes lunch with a sparkling wine tasting at the Rosell Boher Lodge restaurant. Day 4: Uco Bike & Wine includes a casual lunch at Andeluna winery. The excursion is subject to availability and weather conditions. Wine Lodges Lares de Chacra Children from 12 years old are allowed. The building has 2 floors and does not have an elevator. Includes: • Accommodation with breakfast. • Access to all common areas and recreational facilities. Comprehensive advice for gastronomy, tours of tourist circuits, and special activities. La María Boutique Babies up to 1 year old and children over 14 years old are allowed. La María Hotel is smoke-free. Includes: • Accommodation with breakfast. • Access to a private terrace, outdoor heated private pool, dry sauna, personalized service, 24-hour concierge, wine cooler, and parking.

Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
  • Prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time until your booking confirmation is issued.
  • The Inclusions and Exclusions listed on this page are specific to this tour — anything not listed under Inclusions is excluded from the price.
  • Prices exclude local taxes, charges, gratuities, food and beverages, and transfers unless expressly stated otherwise. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Student and senior (60+) pricing requires valid ID at the time of booking and on the day of travel.
  • Group tariffs may be available for parties of 10 or more — contact us for a quote.
Amendments & Cancellations
  • Amendments to this booking can be made by contacting us at least 96 hours before the departure date.
  • Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies.
  • Theatre tickets, dining products, and overnight tours cannot be amended or cancelled unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  • For health or pandemic-related cancellations, options may include a travel credit voucher, rebooking on flexible dates, or a full refund, subject to the specific product's conditions.
  • If you miss a coach tour through no fault of 1860 Travels, no refund will be issued; a discounted rebooking rate may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds & Compensation
  • If a venue cannot be visited during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund of the admission value may be issued at our discretion.
  • No refund is given for non-operational air conditioning or washroom facilities on an assigned vehicle.
  • Refund requests cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the tour's completion.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 working days via the original payment method.
  • Third-party tours where 1860 Travels acts as an agent are non-refundable and subject to the supplier's own terms.
Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard and charge no service fee, though your card issuer may apply its own charges.
  • Customer payments are held in a dedicated client money trust account until your booking is completed or cancelled.
