Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
  • Prices are per room/stay as shown at checkout and may change at any time until your booking confirmation is issued.

  • Prices exclude local taxes, city/resort fees, and gratuities unless expressly stated otherwise.

Amendments & Cancellations

  • Cancellation notice must be received before the stated deadline; bookings cancelled after that deadline (or no-shows) may incur a 100% charge.

Refunds & Compensation
  • Refund requests cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the stay's completion.

Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless the rate is explicitly marked "pay at hotel".
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard and charge no service fee, though your card issuer may apply its own charges.
  • Customer payments are held in a dedicated client money trust account until your booking is completed or cancelled.
