When making a booking, you accept these conditions on behalf of all individuals listed in the reservation.

3. Your Account

3.1 Keep your account and password confidential and accept responsibility for all activities.

3.2 Provide accurate information and update when necessary. You shall be liable for the provision of wrong information/details.

4. Pricing - Inclusions & Exclusions

4.1 Prices on holidey /1860 Travels website are per person, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Prices may change until booking confirmation.

4.3 Specific inclusions are stated on each page.

4.4 Group tariffs may be available for 10 or more participants.

4.5 Senior prices apply to customers aged 60 and over.

4.6 Students must provide ID at booking and bring it on the day of travel for any Student specific actvity.

4.7 Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.

4.8 Prices exclude local taxes, charges, or fees unless specified.

4.9 Prices exclude gratuities, food and beverages, and transfers unless stated otherwise.

4.10 Gratuities are discretionary.

4.11 Revised pricing and related documents are considered with the Pricing Practices Guide.

5. Payment

5.1 We accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments.

5.2 We do not charge service fees for processing credit card payments. This may not be applicable to your financial institution as they have their own terms.

5.3 Full payment is required upon booking except stated otherwise.

5.4 To ensure your protection in the unlikely event of our insolvency, we maintain a client money trust account. Your payments will be held in this account until the completion or cancellation of your holiday.

5.5 The cardholder must be present when presenting the ticket.

6. Amendments & Cancellations

6.1 Amendments can be made to coach tours by contacting us at least 96 hours before departure.

6.2 Theatre tickets, lunch and dinner products, and overnight tours cannot be amended or cancelled, unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Tours/Package that are eligible for a full/part refund will be stated within the package and Cancellation notice must be received 1 week prior to departure. Otherwise, a 100% charge applies.

6.4 For health/pandemic related cancellations, different options are available including exchanging the booking for a travel credit voucher, rebooking with flexible travel dates, or obtaining a full refund based on specific cancellation requirements for each product.

6.5 If a customer misses a coach tour without fault on our part, no refund will be issued. However, they will be offered a good discounted rate off the current retail price to rebook the tour for a different date as a gesture of goodwill.

7. Refunds & Compensation

7.1 If a venue cannot be visited during a coach tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we may refund the value of the admission at our discretion.

7.2 No refund will be given if the air conditioning or washroom on the assigned vehicle is not operational.

7.3 For Open Top Bus Tours, in case of unforeseen weather or traffic conditions causing a delay of over one hour, the terms of the provider applies as an incentive.

7.4 Refunds cannot be issued more than 30 days after the completion of the tour.

7.5 Approved refunds will be processed within 15 – 20 working days using the same payment method used for the initial booking.

7.6 Third-party products and services, where we act as an official agent, are non-refundable and subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.

7.7 Refunds and compensation for cancelled UK train services will follow the terms and conditions set by the train operators.

8. Complaints

8.1 If you have any concerns or suggestions about our service, please email us at csdesk@1860travels.com. We will respond within 14 business days.

9. E-tickets

9.1 Customers who purchase tickets on this website will receive an e-ticket. Please print the e-ticket and bring it along with you to show to a 1860travels.com staff member at the boarding point.

9.2 Customers with e-tickets must also bring the credit card used for the purchase as proof of identification.

9.3 Present your e-ticket to a 1860travels.com staff member at the boarding point, who will exchange it for a valid travel ticket.

9.4 1860travels.com has the right to refuse e-tickets presented without the corresponding credit card.
